We have just received an average 97.8% positive feedback from last year's laparoscopic keyhole spays. We have just analysed our feedback questionnaires from last year's spays. The feedback form asked 23 different questions about 'how well we are doing'. We had a staggering 46% return with over 64% of clients 100% satisfied with our performance. Wow!
